Yogeta Partridge

Founder and Director of Rydeo Consulting.

With over two decades of experience as a property finance solicitor, she has worked at both a leading law firm and in-house at a G15 housing association. In 2008, she became the first in-house property finance solicitor at a housing association, transforming a six-month secondment into a 13-year career focused on building robust foundations , driving efficiencies and streamlining processes.

Yogeta’s passion for the housing sector has fuelled her efforts to make a lasting impact, helping associations better manage and understand their assets. In 2014, she founded two pivotal working groups: the Legal Treasury Group, a forum for housing association professionals involved in property charging, and the Property Finance Working Group, uniting law firms and valuers to address sector challenges. Both groups are still active and performing well.

In 2023, Yogeta launched Rydeo Consulting to extend her expertise to more housing associations, empowering them to strengthen their internal capabilities and unlock new opportunities.
